It’s fair to say that Truff le Pig, Riga’s über-stylish “fancy junk food” joint, located in Klusais centrs (“Silent Centre”) neighbourhood, has very confidently become the real natural wine kingdom of not just Riga, but possibly Baltics too! Let’s be honest here… under the direction of head-somm Marts Augusts, Truff le Pig has no intention of messing around with ubiquitous brands, producers, and vineyards – their laser-sharp selection policy is showcasing just the most sought-after, most in-the-know, most edgy & contemporary stars of natural (and hip) wine & champagne scene. Add the fancy design and lip-smacking junk-food (check out their Truffle Dog!) by Marks Frolovs, and you’re in for a serious treat here!
