At PACAI restaurant, set in the heart of Vilnius’ Old Town, it’s about the re-union with some of the greatest names & domaines, wine brands & growers of the world. An impressive Champagne and sparkling wine collection is followed by an abbundant supply of not just European classics, but some well-chosen gems off-the-beaten-track, including New World! Look carefully, and you’re about to discover some serious fun in just about every section of the list with Riffault, Musar, Gravner being just a handful of examples off of the discovery list. Take note that this posh & contemporary hotel-restaurant (actually, “Best New Hotel-Restaurant entry in the Baltics 2023”!) is within one of the most beautiful Baltic hotels of the same name. Enjoy the 17th-century building, and the contemporary twist of renovation here. While the wine list is curated by Kamilė Bartusevičiūtė, pay attention to the Drinks' List too – it contains one of the most amazing drinks collections we’ve seen in a while!
