Time To Wine Rotermanni

By opening another venue called Rotermanni, Tallinn’s Time to Wine team has once again surpassed expectations. Curated by Mik Parre, a very seasoned Estonian wine professional, Time to Wine Rotermanni is yet another who-is-who list, listing possibly every renowned terroir-driven wine there is – from champagne (plus an impressive collection of pet-nat bubbles) to rarities in Ribeira Sacra and Etna. This list will literally have you drooling over all the bottles you could possibly drink here - so take your buddies with you, order the wines blind, and get the most fun out of this wine Disneyland!

Time to Wine’s suggestion: Sadie Family Kolerboom Semillon, Olifants River , South Africa

Our choice: We couldn’t possibly resist the temptation to drink the super-rare 2017 Frank Cornelissen’s Magma. Don’t tell anyone, but it would be a sin to NOT drink this beauty at the price it is currently offered (205€ a bottle). Cheers!
