Have you ever wondered what a wine encyclopedia would look like if it had to take the shape of a wine bar? We have an answer for you. It would be modelled around Tallinn’s Time to Wine Bar & Shop. This gem of a wine place literally showcases pretty much all the possible styles, regions, grapes from all corners of the wine world – not necessarily very deep vintage wise, but impressively wide. We’d strongly recommend getting acquainted with Time to Wine’s superb wine list before your visit (wine list available online) – otherwise you’ll end up spending all your evening browsing the list instead of enjoying wines and your company. The list is expansive – 41 page of wines in small print to be more exact, so get ready for some serious enjoyment here!

Time to Wine’s suggestion: Champagne Laherte Freres Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature from a very well-selected champagne section of the wine list.
