Riviera’s suggestion: We like to introduce guests to non-traditional wines, which occupy an increasing niche in restaurants – for example, Foradori Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco or one of the oldest Greek wine houses Semeli. It’s always a nice adventure for our guests! Alternatively, we could offer cocktail that we offer all year round – our Rhubarb Gin Fizz!

Our choice: A very juicy 2017 Conterno Fantino Barolo Ginestra “Vigna Sōri Ginestra” to go with Rivieras’ sublime Creamy Mushroom Risotto!
