Another surprise creation by Latvia’s Moët & Chandon ex-ambassador Māris Locāns. The cocktail list here is as inspiring as in A’DROP, a sister cocktail bar, next door. We love the southern American influence on the classics – especially the presence of tequila and its interplay with Mexican cuisine served here. Cheers!
